INGREDIENTS













  • 3 horseradish roots










  • 3 jars of pickled beets and onions










  1. Scrub the horseradish roots



  2. Peel the horseradish and cut into chunks



  3. Grate the horseradish in food processor (use the blade with round holes)



  4. Put the horseradish in a container with a lid



  5. Strain liquid from beets and onions and put the juice aside



  6. Finely chop beets and onions (without the juice) in food processor



  7. Mix the beets and horseradish, adding juice until it is all absorbed



  8. Seal tightly
