INGREDIENTS













  • 8 salmon fillets with skin










  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar










  • 4 Tbsp honey










  • 4 chopped garlic cloves










  • 1 tsp salt and pepper










  • 2 Tbsp olive oil










  1. preheat oven 375



  2. mix together the vinegar,honey, oil and garlic.



  3. put the salmon on a greased cookie sheet
    sprinkle on the salt and pepper




  4. spoon over the balsamic vinegar
    bake in oven 45 minutes




  5. serve room temperature on top of shred romaine lettuce
