INGREDIENTS













  • 3 cup cubed, raw potatoes










  • 2 eggs










  • 2 Tbsp potato starch










  • 1 small onion, quartered










  • 1 tsp salt










  • ΒΌ tsp baking powder










  1. Put 1/2 cup potatoes, eggs, potato starch, onion, salt and baking powder into food processor using the S-blade.



  2. Process. Add rest of potatoes and grind.



  3. Fry as latkes in hot oil
