A great dip to serve with cut up carrots, peppers, cucumber, Kohlrabi, celery sticks.... Kids love dipping into the dip and don't notice how many vegetables they actually eat while dipping.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 bunches scallions










  • 1 handful fresh parsley leaves










  • 2 cup mayonnaise










  • 1 Tbsp vinegar










  • 2 Tbsp sugar










  • 1 clove garlic, crushed










  1. Blend all ingredients together.

A great alternative is to use plain yogurt and mix up different spices to create a savory - yet healthier version. Add lemon instead of vinegar to add brightness to the dip!
