yummy crunchy chicken that has the most delicious tangy sauce on it

INGREDIENTS
4 pieces of chicken
- mayonnaise, for coating
1 cup cornflake crumbs, for coating
2 cup duck sauce
½ cup honey
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp corn starch
Coat the chicken in mayonnaise then dip into cornflakes and bake covered for 1 hr and then uncover for half hour.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Then bake the chicken for another half hour uncovered. Then eat and enjoy. Tip: you can skin the chicken first but its better when you leave the skin on.
The name says it all - I didn't need all that sauce - but it was a hit! Thanks :)

My family LOVED this chicken! My husband said it was his favourite dinner ever!!
My one and only recommendation would be to bake the chicken for 45 minutes uncovered instead of the half hour, as per step 3. The chicken was slightly pink, close to the bone. Otherwise, the moistness and the taste of this chicken was outstanding!
