yummy crunchy chicken that has the most delicious tangy sauce on it
4 pieces of chicken
- mayonnaise, for coating
1 cup cornflake crumbs, for coating
2 cup duck sauce
½ cup honey
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp corn starch
Coat the chicken in mayonnaise then dip into cornflakes and bake covered for 1 hr and then uncover for half hour.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Then bake the chicken for another half hour uncovered. Then eat and enjoy. Tip: you can skin the chicken first but its better when you leave the skin on.
