INGREDIENTS













  • ⅓ cup potato starch










  • 3 eggs










  • 1 cup water










  • 1 Tbsp oil










  • 2-3 cup mashed potatoes










  • 1 onion sauteed










  • 2 eggs beaten










  1. mix potatoe starch, eggs, water and oil.




  2. fry one ladel spoon at a time - making thin outer layers.



  3. mix together mashed potatoes, onions, and beaten eggs. Use to fill
