3-4 lb corned beef
10 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
boil corned beef in water till soft aprox. 2-3 hours.
spill our water after 1/2 hour and refill.
put in 9x13 pan and refridgerate.
sauce- boil ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar.
pour over meat and bake covered on 350 for 1/2 hour, or on 200 for 2 hours.
