  • 10 Tbsp ketchup










  • 1 Tbsp vinegar










  • 1 cup brown sugar










  1. boil corned beef in water till soft aprox. 2-3 hours.
    spill our water after 1/2 hour and refill.




  2. put in 9x13 pan and refridgerate.



  3. sauce- boil ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar.



  4. pour over meat and bake covered on 350 for 1/2 hour, or on 200 for 2 hours.
