Easy and Quick Broccoli Quiche. This is delicious and healthier without a crust but if you want one here are some options:
Pesach Gebroktz Optional: Wet some matza and put on the bottom of the pan as a crust
Chometz Optional: a quiche crust, or wet some sliced bread (old challah works great), squeeze out the water, and place on bottom of pan as crust.
½ cup milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 cup frozen broccoli
1 onion, diced
1 glove garlic, mined
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¾ cup shredded mazzerella cheese
Saute broccoli, onion and garlic in the butter
(To skip this step place veggies on a plate, spray with pam and microwave for 4 minutes. )
Mix the eggs and milk. Add the veggies, spices and cheese. Mix well.
Pour into 9 inch pan and bake until set at 350. About 45 - 60 minutes.
