I like to serve fruit based desserts after the heavy YT meals. Sorbets make a nice addition to freshly cut up fruit platters.
3 large bananas, cut into chunks
1.5 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup sugar, or to taste
Blend all ingredients and pour into container.
Freeze for 2-3 hours till semi frozen.
Reblend sorbet and refreeze till ready to use.
