A change from the typical pesach brownie. You bake the first layer longer than the second layer. And it's an easy one bowl recipe to boot.
2Â¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
Â¾ cup potato starch
Â¾ cup cocoa
Â¾ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place the sugar, bakign powder and potato starch in a bowl.
Sift the cocoa and add to the bowl. Add the oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix.
Place 2/3 of the batter into a baking pan.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Gently add the rest of the batter on op.
Bake an additional 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
Optional: You can add 1 cup chopped almonds.
