This is the perfect pick-me-up when you're cleaning the house, out shopping, cooking all day, or even as a pre-workout snack. It is also an excellent replacement for sports drinks, kool-aid, and sugar laden lemonade!
Makes 2 C.
4-6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Honey
⅛ tsp White Stevia Powder
1 pinch Sea Salt
Place the first four ingredients in a glass or small mixing bowl, and whisk until well blended.
Add the water an stir until mixed.
Serve cold with or without ice. Enjoy!
