Crinkle Cookies for pesach or for those that can't eat gluten. Tastes delicious and so easy to prepare; they freeze very well.

INGREDIENTS













  • ¾ cup oil










  • 1 cup cocoa










  • 2 cup sugar










  • 4 eggs










  • 1½ tsp vanilla sugar










  • 2 cup potato starch










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • 12 oz chocolate chips










  • - confectioners' sugar










  1. Preheat oven to 350F.



  2. Beat the oil, cocoa, and sugar together. Add the eggs. Add the vanilla, pototo starch and baking powder. Mix in the chocolate chips.



  3. Freeze for 2 hour or longer.



  4. With wet hands, form the balls and roll them in the confectioners' sugar to coat.



  5. Place on a lined cookie sheet.( do not flatten). Bake for 9 minutes. (It will spread)

The softest, melt in your mouth, delicious cookies that are so easy to prepare and great for all occasions. Absolutely love love this recipe.
