
Crinkle Cookies for pesach or for those that can't eat gluten. Tastes delicious and so easy to prepare; they freeze very well.

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup oil
1 cup cocoa
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1½ tsp vanilla sugar
2 cup potato starch
2 tsp baking powder
12 oz chocolate chips
- confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat the oil, cocoa, and sugar together. Add the eggs. Add the vanilla, pototo starch and baking powder. Mix in the chocolate chips.
Freeze for 2 hour or longer.
With wet hands, form the balls and roll them in the confectioners' sugar to coat.
Place on a lined cookie sheet.( do not flatten). Bake for 9 minutes. (It will spread)
