My sister in law gave me this great recipe. I just wish it had a better name.
1 butternut squash
2 sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp brown sugar
- pinch salt
peel and cube veggies.
Put oil on the bottom of a pot and heat. Add veggies and cook on low flame until soft. Stir frequently so that it shouldn't burn. Do not add water and do not mash. It should be chunky.
after it is cooked add honey, brown sugar and salt.
