Not chometz, But one of the best passover cakes. The trick to this cake is the baking soda and vinegar.

INGREDIENTS













  • 5 eggs










  • 1½ cup sugar










  • 1 cup oil










  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar










  • ½ cup cocoa










  • 1 pinch cofee










  • ¾ cup potato starch










  • 1 tsp baking soda










  • 1 tsp vinegar










  1. Cream the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla sugar.



  2. Add cocoa, coffee and potato starch.



  3. In a bowl mix the baking soda and vinegar. It will bubble.



  4. Add to the rest of cake. Place in a 9x13 inch pan.



  5. Bake 350F for 40-50 minutes.
