Knishes without dough. The pesach version.
2 large onions, diced and sauted
4 potatoes, peeled cooked and mashed
1 cup potato starch
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 egg beaten, for brushing
Mix all ingredients together aside from the beaten egg.
Form into balls. Place on a lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes.
