INGREDIENTS













  • 1 lb chicken cutlets, cut into cubes










  • - BATTER:










  • 1 cup potato starch










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 1 Tbsp paprika










  • ½ cup water










  • 2 tsp oil










  • 2 eggs










  • 1 tsp baking powder










  1. Mix the batter ingredient together.



  2. Pat chicken dry and dip into batter. Fry on both sides until golden and ready.



  3. Serve with a dipping sauce.

made it for lunch on pessach. served it with the Duck Sauce
from "Fresh and Easy". Goes very well together.
