A real Hungarian side dish. It's sacred to serve cabbage and noodles in most Hungarian homes. Not to miss out, here is a version for pesach too.
2 large onions, diced
3-4 Tbsp oil
4 kohlrabi (peeled and shredded)
12 pesach crepe leaves
- salt and pepper, to taste
Saute onion in oil for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded kohlrabi and cook until very soft.
Meanwhile cut the crepes into small squares.
Add to the sautĂŠed onion and kohlrabi. Season with salt and pepper.
