INGREDIENTS













  • 1 onion, sliced










  • - salt & pepper










  • 4 minute steak










  1. Saute onion for 15 - 20 minutes on a low flame (in a large saute pan)



  2. Sprinkle salt & pepper over the onions. Place steak on onions. Cover pot. Cook for 30 minutes



  3. Turn steak over. Cook for an additional 30 minutes. (Add water if necessary).
