INGREDIENTS













  • 2½ cup margarine










  • 2 cup sugar










  • 4 eggs










  • 2 vanilla










  • 8 Tbsp cocoa










  • 4 Tbsp coffee










  • 1 sprinkle of salt










  • 20 sheets of square machine matzah










  1. Beat all ingredients for 20 minutes on high



  2. Lay on piece of matzah on parchment/wax paper. Spread cream on top. Add another & do the same. Use about 10 per "cake". When all the layers are done, spread remaining cream on the top & sides.



  3. Freeze & enjoy!
