You could divide this into cupcakes too, just reduce the baking time to 20 min. Makes 40 cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS













  • 8 Eggs










  • 4 cup Sugar










  • 1½ cup Oil










  • 3 Vanilla Sugar










  • 1 cup Lukewarm water










  • 1 Tbsp Coffee










  • 4 cup Plain Flour










  • 2 tsp Baking Powder










  • 6 Tbsp Cocoa










  1. Dissolve the Tbsp of coffe in the cup of lukewarm water.



  2. Mix all ingredients together.



  3. Bake 175℃ (350F) for 1hr 25 mins.
