My son loves this dessert. i save it special for Pesach so it turns out to be an added treat. This is so creamy and delicious, and best of all it's a sinch to make!

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup water










  • 1½ cup sugar










  • 3 cup orange juice










  • 2 egg whites










  1. Boil the water and sugar together, and then let cool. When cool, mix this mixture together with the orange juice.



  2. Beat up the egg whites, and fold with the orange juice mixture.



  3. Freeze, whip it up, and refreeze!
