A great cream without eggs, milk or margarine. Creams really nicely on cake. I decorated a cake with chocolate cream and designed a picture with white chocolate chips.
¾ cup oil
¾ cup water
¾ cup cocoa
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 cup confectioners sugar
Bring the oil, water, cocoa to a boil.
Close the flame. Add the vanilla extract.
Mix in the confectioners' sugar.
Freezes very well.
