INGREDIENTS













  • 4 large potatoes










  1. Peel the potatoes and slice thinly.



  2. lay flat in cookie sheet.



  3. Drizzle with a bit of oil and sprinkle well with salt.




  4. Bake at 400F degrees for half hour turning over the potatoes with a spatula after fifteen minutes.
