INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ cup diced onions










  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed










  • - butter










  • 2 Tbsp flour










  • 4 cup cauliflower florets










  • 1 cup milk










  • 4 cup water










  • 4 Tbsp chicken soup mix










  • 1 bay leaf










  • 1 tsp thyme










  • - salt










  • - cayenne pepper










  • 6 oz grated cheddar cheese










  1. Saute the onions and garlic in butter. Add flour and stir until thick.



  2. Add rest of ingredients except cheese and bring to a boil.



  3. Lower flame and let simmer for 15 minutes.



  4. Remove bay leaf and partially blend soup, leaving some whole florets.



  5. Before serving, add cheese and mix until melted.
