
I found this old (approx 1980's) but beautiful recipe while pesach cleaning! It is stunning and elegant. It is sure to be a conversation piece at your next simcha !

INGREDIENTS
2 cup orange sherbert
2ΒΌ cup lowfat milk
2 cup lemon sherbert
3 drops yellow food coloring
2 cup lime sherbert
2 drops green food coloring
3 cup rasberry sherbert
1 fruit for garnish
Place 6 16oz glasses on angle into 2 standard size loaf pan. In blender, combine orange sherbert & 1/2 cup milk, blend until smooth but still thick. Carefully spoon about 1/3 cup of mixture into each glass, being careful not to get any drips on the side of glasses. Transfer loaf pans to freezer.
Freeze glasses 1 hr until sherbert is firm. Combine lemon sherbert, 1/2 cup milk & yellow food coloring. Blend until smooth but thick. Spoon 1/3 mixture into frozen slanted glasses. Freeze 1 hr till firm. Repeat same process for lime color, 1/2 c milk & green food coloring. Add to glass, freeze 1 hr
. Combine rasberry sherbert & 3/4 c milk. Blend till smooth but thick. Place tilted glasses upright, fill with 1/3 mixture. Freeze 1 hr or overnight. Garnish with fruit if desired.
