INGREDIENTS













  • 4 Pcs flanken on the bone










  • 1 onion (cut into rings)










  • 4-5 garlics (slice)










  • ⅔ cup brown sugar










  • 1 cup ketchup










  • ¼ cup water










  • ¼ tsp salt










  • 1 pinch pepper










  • 1 capful lemon juice










  1. Place half of onions and garlic on bottom of foil tin.



  2. Layer Flanken pieces on top.



  3. Mix sauce and pour over flanken



  4. Add rest of onions and garlic.



  5. Cover tightly and bake on 375F for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

I made it this year instead of brisket. A super easy recipe. Everyone at the seder loved it. Cost half the price of brisket.
