INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup sesame seeds










  • ½ cup golden flax seeds










  • 1 cup coconut










  • 1 cup olive oil










  • 1 cup honey










  • 7 cup oats










  • ½ cup wheat germ










  • ¾ cup sliced almonds










  • ½ cup sunflower seeds










  1. combine ingrediants by hand and divide in 2 cooky sheets bake on 350 for 1/2 hour mix after 15 minutes
