This cake is easy and delicious, I make it on Friday and by Shabbos afternoon there's nothing left.
I love it with my coffee in the morning and the kids love it too.

INGREDIENTS













  • 6 eggs










  • 1½ cup sugar










  • 1 cup oil










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar










  • ½ cup orange juice










  • 2 cup flour










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 2 Tbsp cocoa










  • 1 Tbsp coffee










  1. Beat eggs with 1 1/2 cup sugar till fluffy (about seven minutes)



  2. add oil, vanilla sugar and orange juice and mix



  3. add flour and baking powder and mix



  4. 3/4 of the batter pour into bundt pan



  5. to the remaining batter add 1/2 cup sugar cocoa and coffee( dilute coffee in a little hot water) mix and pour into bundt pan over the rest of the batter



  6. bake 350 for 1 hour

This is a delicious marble type cake. It was quick and easy -- the perfect thing to make during a busy time of year.
