
This is a perfect dessert for a wintery Friday night. Serve warm with ice cream and apple cider with a cinnamon stick. This dessert may sound a little complicated but it's really very simple. Make it & you'll agree with me. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- DOUGH:
2 flour
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
½ tsp salt
1 (4 oz) stick margarine
⅓ cup coffee creamer
- cup FILLING:
5 apples
2 tsp lemon juice
½ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ tsp cinnamon
Combine the first seven ingredients together in a bowl to form a dough. Refrigerate this dough overnight or for a few hours.
Slice apples thinly & combine with lemon juice, sugar & cinnamon. Place apple mixture into a 9 inch springform pan.
Roll out dough into a rectangle ( sprinkle a little flour to ease the rolling process). Smear margarine on the dough & sprinkle brown sugar & cinnamon.Roll up the dough -jelly roll style & cut 1 inch wide slices to form buns.
Place the buns ontop of the apple mixture starting with the outermost layer & working your way inward. Bake on 350 covered for an hour & uncover the last few min.
