This is what to feed your family when you are pressed for time (just 3 ingredients and no measuring required!).
1 bottle of Italian dressing
1 jar of shwarma spice
1 pkg. chicken cutlets
Pour dressing onto a plate and dip the chicken cutlets in the dressing.
Dust with the shwarma spice.
Let marinate for a few hours in the fridge (if you have time).
Grill the chicken cutlets on a grill pan until no longer pink (I find that baking chicken cutlets in the oven dries them out).
