This chocolate sauce will dress up any dessert!
2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, broken into pieces
⅓ cup water
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup margarine
½ tsp vanilla extract
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate in water, stirring constantly. Add sugar. Boil and stir until sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla. Cool slightly, serve warm over ice cream or other dessert.
