INGREDIENTS













  • 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, broken into pieces










  • ⅓ cup water










  • ¾ cup sugar










  • ¼ cup margarine










  • ½ tsp vanilla extract










  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate in water, stirring constantly. Add sugar. Boil and stir until sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is slightly thickened.



  2. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla. Cool slightly, serve warm over ice cream or other dessert.
