Yes, its fattening. But if you think about it, it has no chemicals in it and all of the ingredients are real food. If you are feeling guilty, serve it with a nice big salad!
1 box egg fettucine
1 stick plus 1 T. butter
⅔ cup heavy cream
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1/4 c. of the cooking water
Melt 6 T. butter in a deep skillet over low heat. Add cooked pasta. Toss to coat. Add cheese, 1/4 c. of water

Add the cheese, reserved cooking water, cream and 3 T. of butter (thinly sliced), salt and pepper and toss again. Sprinke with additional parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
