INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs (seperated)
½ cup confection sugar
3 Tbsp corn Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Dessert Whip
½ tsp Pepermint Extract
2 Bars of Chocolate
4 drops green food coloring
1 drop Yellow food coloring
Beat Egg whites until stiff
Add confectionary sugar and corn syrup- mix until well blended
In another bowl (or clean out and dry the first bowl) beat dessert whip until stiff
Meanwhile melt 1 chocolate bar and spread the chocolate onto a piece of parchment paper and put it in the freezer for a few minutes, till its hard. once its hard roll up the parchment paper with the chocolate on the inside and it'll break into tonz of little chocolate shreds.
take the 2nd chocolate bar and using a peeler, peel 1/2 the chocolate bar into a bowl and the other 1/2 break into chunks.
now to make things clear you have 3 bowls. 1) egg and sugars 2) whip cream 3)chocolate- in a lot of different shapes and sizes
put the Vanilla extract and the pepermint extract and the food coloring into the whipped cream and mix it for a second
Now fold everything together! then freeze
it should be a beautiful color green and there should be a lot of nice pieces of chocolate floating around!!
