Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream

Reviewed by chossid

There are no specifications for the chocolate bars -- what kind, how many ounces each?

Why do you need to make 3 sizes of chocolate? I've always just used chocolate chips, and it's great. Now that there are kosher mini chocolate chips, they would be better.

The less stars is only because it is a pain to prepare 3 sizes of chocolate.

Owner's reply

I guess you are right, you could use chocolate chips. I did it once with chocolate chips, it works - i just like how it looks better and tastes better with all different size chunks of chocolate.
