
These are healthy and good! Becuase I use the whole wheat flour we call them mitzvah muffins. You know when someone comes to your house and wants to eat something but they are on a diet- now you have something to give them!!! You can also make it in a 9x13 if you don't have the time to make muffins. I send one with my husband to Yeshivah every morning for breakfast! They are very filling and you could get creative with what you put in side. ENJOY

INGREDIENTS
3 cup Whole wheat flour (extra fine flour In Israel use Rubinfeld)
3 cup oats
2 cup apple sauce (non sweetened In israel its one whole can)
1¼ cup Honey
4 Eggs
½ cup Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Baking powder
1½ tsp Baking soda
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1½ cup Choc Chips or Raisons or Craisons or Blue berrys
Pour everything in to a bowl in order it is listed.
Once everything is mixed well pour into cup cake tins, or loaf pan or 9x13. what ever makes you happy!
Let bake till golden on top and a tooth pick comes out clean.
