8 lb FLOUR
¾ cup SUGAR
1 cup LUKEWARM WATER
2 oz YEAST
2 STICKS MARGARINE
½ cup OIL
¾ cup ORANGE JUICE
2 Tbsp VANILLA SUGAR
2 WHOLE EGGS
2 YOLKS (RESERVE WHITES)
1 cup RICH COCOA
2 cup SUGAR
1 cup CONFECTION SUGAR
½ Tbsp VANILLA SUGAR
1 LEMON RIND - ZEST
3 Tbsp LEMON'S JUICE
1 tsp CINNAMON
1 Tbsp RUM
½ STICK MARGARINE
½ cup FLOUR
⅓ cup SUGAR
PLACE 8 CUPS FLOUR IN MIXER. MAKE WELL. IN SEP BOWL, MIX SUGAR, YEAST & WATER, PLACE INTO WELL OF FLOUR & ALLOW TO SIT 5 MINUTES. ADD THE REST OF INGRED (5-10) FOR DOUGH, RESERVING THE EGG WHITES AS NOTED. MIX 10 MINUTES UNTIL DOUGH IF FORMED. COVER & RISE 1 HR. DIVIDE INTO 4 PARTS. ROLL OUT 1 PART.
SMEAR THE DOUGH WITH EGG WHITES, THEN OIL, AND 1 C OF COCOA MIXTURE. SPRINLE OF LEMON ZEST, LEMON JUICE & RUM. ROLL UP JELLY ROLL STYLE. PLACE IN PAN FOR BABKE OR CUT 1 1/2" SLICES FOR BUNS. RISE 1/2 HR. BRUSH TOP WITH 1 EGG MIXED WITH SOME WATER. SPRINKLE ON STREISEL MIXTURE.
BAKE ON 350^ AS FOLLOWS: FOR BUNS 25-30 MINUTES MAXIMUM. FOR BABKE, 40-45 MINUTES. COOL. FREEZES BEAUTIFULLY. WILL TASTE SOFT EVEN FROM FREEZER!
