  • 1 SALMON FISH SALAD










  • 1 WHITE FISH SALAD










  • 1 BUNCH SCALLIONS










  1. YOU CAN USE BOUGHT SALAD OR PREPARE YOUR OWN.
    PREPARE EACH SALAD IN SEPARATE BOWLS. CUT SCALLIONS DOWN THE LENGTH IN HALF. DIP INTO VERY COLD WATER TO SOFTEN STRIPS.




  2. USING SQUARE SILICON MOLD, PLACE 1/3 OF EACH COLOR FISH IN MOLD. KEEP REFRIGARATED UNTIL READY TO SERVE.



  3. REMOVE SALAD FROM MOLD GENTLY. FOLD 1 STRIP OF SCALLION OVER THE TOP & TUCK UNDER. DO THE SAME WITH SECOND PIECE OF SCALLION TO FORM A "GIFT BOX" LOOK. SERVE ON BED OF LETTUCE & CHERRY TOMATOES.
