  • 1 cup MAYONAISE










  • 5 FROZEN DILL CUBES










  • 3 Tbsp JUICE FROM SOUR PICKLE JAR










  • ½ tsp SALT & PEPPER










  • 1 PINCH ONION POWDER & GARLIC POWDER










  • 1 tsp SUGAR










  1. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN CONTAINER WITH TIGHT LID.



  2. SHAKE VERY WELL. WHEN DOUBLING RECIPE, YOU CAN USE HAND BLENDER. SERVE AS DIP NEXT TO SALMON.



  3. BY ACCIDENT, I DISCOVERED THAT PREPARING "CUPS" FOR THE DIP ARE MUCH EASIER TO SCOOP OUT WHEN USING ZUCHINNI RATHER THAN KIRBIES. I CUT 1 1/2" SLICES & SCOOP OUT ALMOST TO THE BOTTOM. THE DARK GREEN RIM OF THE ZUCHINNI WITH THE LIGHT COLOR DILL CREAM LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.
