simple fix for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. great source of calcium and protein. kids will love them and beg for more.
2adults or 4 kids
2 Tbsp milk
3 oz cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
in a mixing bowl mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
melt butter over medium heat in saucepan and add egg mixture. cook for about 45 seconds....till edges start to set.
lift the edges of the ommelet wiyh spatula and let eggs run onto the base of the pan. repeat this few times as you cook the omeelet till the center is no longer runny.
now add grated cheese on one side and using spatula flip the other half over.
take the omelet out pf the pan and enjoy with scoop of sourcream.
