This is by far my favorite minute steak recipe. It is a nice change from all the sweet and sour recipes with loads of ketchup and brown sugar. This recipe is tangy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS













  • 4-6 slices minute steak










  • 10 cloves garlic










  • ¼ cup soy sauce










  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar










  • ¼-½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes










  • ¼ cup chicken soup










  • 2 Tbsp flour










  • 1½ cup water (or more chicken soup)










  • - salt and pepper to taste










  1. In a large, deep frying pan sautee sliced garlic in oil.



  2. Add the rest of ingredients (besides for flour) and bring to a boil.



  3. Mix flour with a little water till smooth, add to rest of ingredients.



  4. Add minute steak, lower heat and let cook on stove top for 2 hours.



  5. You can also put the meat in a foil pan, pour over sauce and bake in the oven for 2 hours on 350F. Enjoy!

The minute steak was very well received by all. I did find that iit could use some spicing though.
