This is a really delicious warm fish, that I sometimes serve friday night for a change. I also make it for supper and serve over pasta.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 slices tilapia










  • 1 onion, diced










  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced










  • ¼ cup olive oil










  • 2 tsp paprika










  • ½ tsp garlic powder










  • ½ tsp black pepper










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 1 pinch cumin










  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper










  • 1 red pepper cut into strips










  • 1 cup water










  1. Sauté onions and garlic in oil until limp in large frying pan.



  2. Add spices, mix until aromatic and let simmer for a minute.



  3. Add fish .



  4. Add water to cover.



  5. Add strips of red pepper.



  6. Let come to a boil, cover frying pan and let simmer for 1/2 hour
    serve hot! Enjoy!
