
This is a really delicious warm fish, that I sometimes serve friday night for a change. I also make it for supper and serve over pasta.

INGREDIENTS
2 slices tilapia
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 pinch cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 cup water
Sauté onions and garlic in oil until limp in large frying pan.
Add spices, mix until aromatic and let simmer for a minute.
Add fish .
Add water to cover.
Add strips of red pepper.
Let come to a boil, cover frying pan and let simmer for 1/2 hour
serve hot! Enjoy!
