This recipe contains 2 ingredients but it's delicious. You can put it in the oven in the morning and forget about it until dinner. It works well with other cuts of inexpensive meat. This dish goes well with sweet potato oven fries.

The meat cooked beautifully but the smell and taste of French's french fried onions was disgusting. Next time I'll try frying my own onions and cooking it with the meat.
