INGREDIENTS













  • 2 boneless flanken










  • 1 cup French's french fried onions










  1. Coarsely crush the french fried onions. Spread over flanken.



  2. Bake in a 9x13 at 300 for 6 or more hours.

The meat cooked beautifully but the smell and taste of French's french fried onions was disgusting. Next time I'll try frying my own onions and cooking it with the meat.
