INGREDIENTS













  • 6 slices salmon










  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise










  • 2 Tbsp ketchup










  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix (Ortega's is kosher)










  1. Preheat oven to 375.



  2. Rinse fish and place in a greased 9x13 pan.



  3. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and taco seasoning. Spread over fish.



  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Place under broiler on low for an additional 5 minutes.
