A favorite with teens, my younger sister and her friend came for Shabbos and couldn't get enough of this. Can be served warm or cold.
1 (16 oz) box Angel Pasta
½ cup olive oil
1 bunch scallions, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
3 (14 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes
Cook pasta with salt according to package directions. Drain well. Set aside.
Lightly saute scallions in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
Toss pasta with sauce. Delicious warm or cold.
