Adding mushrooms to my sauteed liver was one of the best things I've ever done! You can not taste the difference, and it's a healthier & cost effective choice!

INGREDIENTS













  • 3 large onions










  • ¼ cup oil










  • 1 box button mushrooms










  • ½ lb chicken livers










  • 4 Tbsp paprika










  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder










  • 1 sprinkle of salt










  1. Slice the onions into thin strips and saute with spices for 5 minutes.



  2. Cube mushrooms into 1/2 cubes. Add to onions & saute another 10 minutes.



  3. Cut the liver into cubes if possible, or just small pieces. Add to frying pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.



  4. Enjoy!!
