The ingredients in this one might sound weird but personally I think it's the best macaroni and cheese recipe ever. This will make a nice creamy sauce and is made on the stove top. If you're looking for a crunchier, oven baked version this isn't it.

INGREDIENTS













  • ½ lb macaroni










  • 4 Tbsp butter










  • 2 eggs










  • 6 oz milk










  • 1 tsp coarse salt










  • ½ tsp tabasco










  • ½ tsp fresh black pepper










  • ¾ tsp dry mustard










  • 10 oz cheddar cheese










  1. In a large pot of boiling hot water, cook the pasta and then drain. Return the pasta to the pot and then melt in the butter. Stir with wooden spoon to coat.



  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir into the pasta and add the cheese. Over low heat continue to stir for 3 minutes or until creamy.
