INGREDIENTS
6 salmon fillets (appetizer size, 4 oz. each)
3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- oil spray
½ cup duck sauce
½ Tbsp sesame oil
½ Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
- dash white pepper
- sesame seeds
Place salmon on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Spray oil over salmon fillets.
Bake uncovered, in oven preheated to 450, for 15-20 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients and mix until uniform. When salmon has finished baking, glaze the fillets with the sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
