INGREDIENTS













  • 6 salmon fillets (appetizer size, 4 oz. each)










  • 3 cloves garlic










  • - salt and pepper










  • - oil spray










  • ½ cup duck sauce










  • ½ Tbsp sesame oil










  • ½ Tbsp honey










  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce










  • - dash white pepper










  • - sesame seeds










  1. Place salmon on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Spray oil over salmon fillets.



  2. Bake uncovered, in oven preheated to 450, for 15-20 minutes.



  3. Combine sauce ingredients and mix until uniform. When salmon has finished baking, glaze the fillets with the sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
