Great for supper or a Shabbos meal, this mouth watering recipe will keep you coming back for more!
1 bag lettuce mix
Â¼ cup chow mein noodles
1 cup cherry tomatoes
8 slices smoked turkey breast, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp dried cranberries (optional)
1 cup mayo
Â¼ cup water
Â¼ cup vinegar
Â½ cup sugar
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
( salt and pepper to taste
Combine mayo, water, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper in a plastic container and shake well until mixed. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, place lettuce, smoked turkey, chow mein noodles and craisins in a bowl.
Pour desired amount of dressing over salad (unless you are making a VERY large salad, you will not need to use all the dressing in one shot)
Mix well and serve.
NOTE: You can use as much meat as you like, you don't have to stick to the amount listed in the recipe. And only dress the salad right before serving to avoid it becoming soggy.
